PURCHASE
- Please ensure you select the correct item(s), including colors and sizes, before checking out. We cannot amend orders once confirmed and will not be held responsible for errors in selection or duplicate orders.
- Ensure that your address is complete and accurate, including your mobile number. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delayed delivery. If a parcel is returned, a re-delivery fee will apply.
- Adding item(s) to your cart does not guarantee purchase. Item(s) are only secured upon successful payment submission.
- We strive to provide a seamless checkout experience, accepting payments via iPay88 Payment Gateway, credit and debit cards, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Atome.
- All prices are final upon checkout. Refunds will not be provided if an item purchased is later available on sale.

- Product is no longer available in stock.
- Payment is not completed within 24 hours of the order invoice being issued.
- Authorization of payment cannot be obtained.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
SHIPPING
- Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification.
- Mailing days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are shipped sequentially by order number; combining orders is not permitted.
- For international orders, any customs or import duties incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Once dispatched, your parcels are under the care of third-party postal service providers. We are not liable for lost parcels.
MEASUREMENTS & REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
- Please note that measurements may vary by 1-3cm due to the handcrafted nature of our mass production process.
- Print placement may vary slightly from piece to piece due to the fabric cutting process, making each item uniquely yours.
- The colors of the products shown on our website may vary slightly due to differences in lighting, camera settings, and screen displays. We strive to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but slight deviations may occur.
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads, small misalignments, or slight inconsistencies in stitching are part of the production process and are not considered defects. These details add to the uniqueness of each item.
- No exchanges will be provided for variations in measurement, print placement, color, or slight imperfections. Kindly review all product details carefully before making your purchase.
REFUND & EXCHANGE

Refunds are only applicable if the item is oversold due to a system error resulting in more orders than available stock. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

For other conditions, such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or a heavily defective item upon arrival, exchanges can be made. Please DM us on Instagram at @painless_ryw to arrange the exchange.
Kindly ensure that all requests are submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, and the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
